Quality Insurance

Re the Quality check, Pin Hsiu always keep the vulcanization inspection report and properties report of raw rubber material;also purchased the high accuracy inspection machines to analyze the proceeding for improving.Moreover, we do IPQC and OQC for every single orders to make sure the quality before delivered to client's hands.

For air springs, not only doing sizing controlling, but also arrange the linking test by 24 hours to make sure the goods to be delivered to clients hands are all qualified products.To achieve sustainable development goals, quality controlling of goods are requested to meet by clients, law and company regulations. So the customers can be assured of the product entrusted with POK.

CNC tooling production and flowchart for New products developing

We own many high accuracy machines in our tooling room. For software, we are using CATIA and SADIWORK for drawing and parameter calculation. Those softwares have high accuracy to calculate the parameter of cutting tools while maching.

For equipments, we own not only manual machines but also CNC machines like lathe, EDM and machine center. And also purchased the customized machines to 100% meet our quality target. We have them to save the lead time and speed up the delivered time; also help to provide the highest accurate specification of goods. Furthermore, the forming machine can do trial molding directly after finish the new tooling mold to quick dispatching the samples for client’s approval and also can speeds/ save time to have clients agreement for mass production arrangement.

Owing the exclusive storage system for POK mold tooling rooms, can be properly placed and maintenance to achieve the longest mold life and fast access the mold while using.

Manufacturing Process for Air Spring

Pin Hsiu responsible the procedures from raw material pressing, yarn cuttings to final products by forming to make sure we can have 100% control the quality. We also have the CNC machine to help the air spring forming by liquid spraying and help to maintain the stable quality., The tooling mold of tube which is used inside of air spring is also made by Pin Hsiu.

From controlling all of the production procedure on hands, and also have prodcution manager who was familiar with regulation for Seven Basic Tools of Quality and PDCA,to improve productivity and quality so can achieve the requirements by clients.
